My practice is immersive, inclusive, gentle and nurturing for a deep inner journey to connect to the wisdom of the body, the movement and the breath. My passion to teach and share Kundalini Yoga in an accessible, joyful and feminine way allow one and all to surrender and connect to themselves for a release, a deep sense of reception, relaxation and to simply be with acceptation & Love.
My moto is to soften in the experience to align, center, anchor within for a sense of empowerment, owning one’s path. The classes are attuned with the moment to support and/or alchemize the energies in presence.
Sharing the techniques and tools that have worked for me gives me a deep sense of fulfillment and happiness.
My name, Gabrielle, means the messenger, Anand, my Sanskrit name, means Joy, Bliss, Blessings.
I have been practicing yoga for many years, Hatha yoga, then Iyengar yoga before discovering Kundalini yoga. From the very first class I know that I have found my path, my Dharma, the meaning of my life. Transmitting to accompany on the path to the Self, that spiritual awakening which passes through the body as the alchemist transforms lead into gold, darkness or the unknown into light…
The practice of Kundalini is a path of transformation and connection to one's Sat nam, one's authentic self. I embarked on this path.
Sound healing and the depth of the Gong were on my path since I suffered from chronic fatigue after a burn out at 30 years old. Meeting Kundalini was a way for me to connect to the world of vibrations as chanting mantras and sound journeys.
On my way, I discover the EFT Emotional Freedom Technique, a technique that releases negative emotions and emotional blockages by stimulating acupressure points with my fingertips. At the same time, I cultivate my taste for astrology and train myself in Tantric Numerology.
After years of passionate work in textiles and Fashion, travelling constantly, my life was getting out of control, my system exhausted, I was managing a thousand things, while I aspire to fluidity and a life in contact with beauty and nature
In 2020, I literally fell in love with Mallorca and decided to settle there.
